It was an early morning in our household. The husband was up first for work, and thank goodness. We were all super tired, but after a good breakfast (and coffee for me) the big kid and I got started.
He did so good! It was extra work he said, but he liked it because it was a mixture of reading, videos, and writing.
He stopped me several times to tell me things that were interesting to him, which is always a good sign that we are on the right track.
I am very pleased I made the decision to delay the younger kids for a bit. Yay for a great first day, and an even greater student.
